  I'm new to this Town. I field out papers and changed my Obama Care over to this clinic. I have called many times to find out if they have my paperwork yet. No one really new. The person in charge of transfer patient paperwork was not in. I finally got in tuched with a lady named Wendy in the office. She came back with the response of, we can't take you. I asked why she told me she has no ideal. She asked if I was born in 64. I said yes and she said we can't see you. And she don't know why. What! Really! Wow I am in a shock of what do I do to find out what is going on here. Oh well good medical care here too I see. Not!! Thanks for nothing.
